We were so excited to hear from our first residents, Brayden and Leilani. Here’s what they had to say about Warragul Crownlea!

“We were originally renting in the city while searching for our first home. However, during COVID, property prices unexpectedly skyrocketed, making it challenging to find an affordable option. Many of the available land packages we came across were in less desirable areas—often swampy, undeveloped land that had never been settled for a reason.

Thankfully, we had a real estate agent keeping an eye out for us, and we were thrilled when they found one of the last remaining plots in Stage 1 of Crownlea. Growing up on a farm in Gippsland, I never expected to move back after university, but Crownlea offered everything we had been searching for—amazing views, well-established parks, easy access to the highway for commuting, and proximity to family and friends.

The decision to establish parks first and host community events has provided a sense of community and belonging. The inclusion of landscaped front gardens, combined with the greenery of the parks, means we don’t feel like we’re living in the middle of a construction site—something that’s all too common in new developments.  It’s great to see people out jogging with their dogs, families enjoying the parks, and even visitors from nearby towns coming to experience the community.
